\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	This commit updates all files that weren't passing yamllint for them to pass. A new yamllint target has been added. One can run `tox -e yamllint` or `yamllint -s .` locally to ensure yaml files are still passing.
