OMAP3 SDRC: initialize SDRC_POWER at boot
Initialize SDRC_POWER to a known-good setting when the kernel boots. Necessary since some bootloaders don't initialize SDRC_POWER properly. Signed-off-by: Paul Walmsley <paul@pwsan.com>
