usb: quirks: add quirk for WORLDE MINI MIDI keyboard
This keyboard doesn't implement Get String descriptors properly even though string indexes are valid. What happens is that when requesting for the String descriptor, the device disconnects and reconnects. Without this quirk, this loop will continue forever.
