bpf: Add bpf_trampoline_ name prefix for DECLARE_BPF_DISPATCHER
Adding bpf_trampoline_ name prefix for DECLARE_BPF_DISPATCHER, so all the dispatchers have the common name prefix. And also a small '_' cleanup for bpf_dispatcher_nopfunc function name.
