ARM: integrator: make the Integrator multiplatform
This converts the ARM Integrator reference designs to be fully multiplatform. V4T, V5 and V6 multiplatform builds become possible after this patch. Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
