[ARM] Allow gcc to optimise arm_add_memory a little more
For some reason, gcc was calculating meminfo.bank[meminfo.nr_banks] repeatedly. Use a pointer to it instead. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
