tty: tty_io: Delete a blank line before EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo)
Delete a blank line before EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo) so that EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo)
immediately follow its function/variable, reported by checkpatch.pl.
