[PATCH] Fix docs for fs.suid_dumpable
Sergey Vlasov noticed that there is not kernel.suid_dumpable, but
fs.suid_dumpable.
How KERN_SETUID_DUMPABLE ended up in fs_table[]? Hell knows...
