ARM: AM33xx/OMAP4+: CM: remove cdoffs parameter from wait_module_idle/ready
This is not needed for anything. This also eases the consolidation of the wait_module_ready / wait_module_idle calls behind a generic CM driver API by reducing the number of needed parameters.
