sh: replace sh specific CONFIG_VOYAGERGX with CONFIG_MFD_SM501
This patch replaces all instances of CONFIG_VOYAGERGX with
CONFIG_MFD_SM501. While at it we make sure the r2d code compiles
both with and without SM501.
