powerpc/pci: Rename pcibios_{add, remove}_pci_devices()
This renames pcibios_{add,remove}_pci_devices() to avoid conflicts
with names of the weak functions in PCI subsystem, which have the
prefix "pcibios". No logical changes introduced.
