usb: chipidea: usbmisc_imx: Read MX53_USB_OTG_PHY_CTRL_1_OFFSET directly
There is no need to do an intermediate step for reading the
MX53_USB_OTG_PHY_CTRL_1_OFFSET register.
Read it directly instead.
