[libata] scsi: Remove unlikely() from FUA check
Some other unlikely() should probably be removed as well. A fresh look reveals an over-enthusiasm for unlikely() in libata-scsi.c. Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jgarzik@redhat.com>
