libata: don't use ap->ioaddr in non-SFF drivers
ap->ioaddr is to carry addresses for TF and BMDMA registers of a SFF controller, don't abuse it in non-SFF controllers. Signed-off-by: Tejun Heo <htejun@gmail.com>
