rbd: add 'minor' sysfs rbd device attribute
Introduce /sys/bus/rbd/devices/<id>/minor sysfs attribute for exporting
rbd whole disk minor numbers. This is a step towards single-major
device number allocation scheme, but also a good thing on its own.
