[ARM] netwinder: clean up GPIO naming
Netwinder was using gpio_xxx names which could clash with the GPIO layer. Add a 'nw_' prefix to ensure that these remain separate. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
