s390/zcrypt: Rework CONFIG_ZCRYPT Kconfig text.
The CONFIG_ZCRYPT Kconfig entry in drivers/crypto showed
outdated hardware whereas the latest cards where missing.
Reworked the text to reflect the current abilities of the
zcrypt device driver.
