drm/tinydrm: export mipi_dbi_buf_copy and mipi_dbi_spi_cmd_max_speed
This exports the mipi_dbi_buf_copy() and mipi_dbi_spi_cmd_max_speed()
functions so that they can be shared with other drivers.
