HID: make CONFIG_LOGIWHEELS_FF default to CONFIG_LOGITECH_FF
Do this for backwards compatibility reasons (LOGIWHEELS_FF has
been split-off from LOGITECH_FF), so that users don't have
regressions with 'default' kernel configs.
