Remove amdtp, cmp drivers.
Remove the Audio and Music Data Transmission Protocol driver and the Connection Management Procedures driver. These are incomplete, have never worked, and are better implemented in userland via raw1394 (see http://freebob.sourceforge.net/ for example.)
