iio: imu: st_lsm6dsx: enable 833Hz sample frequency for tagged sensors
Enable 833Hz ODR for sensors that supports tagged hw FIFO:
- LSM6DSO/LSM6DSOX
- LSM6DSR/LSM6DSRX
- ASM330LHH
