V4L/DVB: ir-rc5-decoder: fix state machine
Reimplement the RC-5 decoder state machine. Code is now clear, and works properly. It is also simpler than the previous implementations. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
