Merge branch 'pci/endpoint'
- Convert dra7xx to threaded IRQ handler (Manivannan Sadhasivam)
- Move tegra194 dw_pcie_ep_linkup() to threaded IRQ handler (Manivannan

- Add a separate lock for the endpoint pci_epf list to avoid deadlock
