bareudp: Fix device stats updates.
Bareudp devices update their stats concurrently.
Therefore they need proper atomic increments.
Fixes: 571912c69f0e ("net: UDP tunnel encapsulation module for tunnelling different protocols like MPLS, IP, NSH etc.")
