[PATCH] Replace drivers/net/wan custom ctype macros with standard ones
Replace the custom is_digit()/is_hex_digit() macros with
isdigit()/isxdigit() from <linux/ctype.h> Additionaly remove unused macro
is_alpha() from <linux/wanpipe.h>
