Merge tag 'for-linus-20180623' of git://git.kernel.dk/linux-block
Pull block fixes from Jens Axboe:
- Further timeout fixes. We aren't quite there yet, so expect another
round of fixes for that to completely close some of the IRQ vs
completion races. (Christoph/Bart)
