[PARISC] Convert ccio-dma.c to use seq_file
Gut ccio-dma.c of the ugly proc append and snprintf cruft and just use seq_printf instead. Tested on a K-class. Signed-off-by: Kyle McMartin <kyle@parisc-linux.org>
