Merge branch 'remotes/lorenzo/pci/dwc-msi'
- Mask DesignWare interrupts instead of disabling them to avoid lost
interrupts (Marc Zyngier)
- Add locking when acking DesignWare interrupts (Marc Zyngier)
- Ack DesignWare interrupts in the proper callbacks (Marc Zyngier)
