scsi: aacraid: use scsi_host_complete_all_commands() to terminate outstanding commands
Use scsi_host_complete_all_commands() to terminate all outstanding commands and change the command result for terminated commands to the more common 'DID_RESET' instead of 'QUEUE_FULL'.
