[SCSI] aacraid: kmalloc/memset->kzalloc
Inspired somewhat by Vignesh Babu <vignesh.babu@wipro.com> patch to
dpt_i2o.c to replace kmalloc/memset sequences with kzalloc, doing the
same for the aacraid driver.
