usb: usbtest: fix checkpatch warning as sizeof code style
Script checkpatch.pl always complains incorrect code style like below:
WARNING: sizeof *udev->bos->desc should be sizeof(*udev->bos->desc)
This patch fixes the warning for usbtest module.
