usb: cdnsp: Fixed setting last_trb incorrectly
When ZLP occurs in bulk transmission, currently cdnsp will set last_trb
for the last two TRBs, it will trigger an error "ERROR Transfer event TRB
DMA ptr not part of current TD ...".
