drm: rip out dev->ioctl_count tracking

But luckily the vfs already takes care of this. So we can just rip it out. Signed-off-by: Daniel Vetter <daniel.vetter@ffwll.ch> Signed-off-by: Dave Airlie <airlied@redhat.com>
