Merge tag 'uuid-for-4.13-2' of git://git.infradead.org/users/hch/uuid
Pull uuid fixes from Christoph Hellwig:
- add a missing "!" in the uuid tests
- remove the last remaining user of the uuid_be type, and then the type
and its helpers
