Merge series "ASoC: remove rtd->cpu/codec_dai{s}" from Kuninori Morimoto <kuninori.morimoto.gx@renesas.com>:

Hi Mark Now, CPU/Codec DAI(s) were replaced by rtd->dais. Thus, We don't need rtd->cpu/codec_dai{s} anymore. This pathset replaces it by new macro.
