selftest/sigaltstack: Use the AT_MINSIGSTKSZ aux vector if available
The SIGSTKSZ constant may not represent enough stack size in some
architectures as the hardware state size grows.
Use getauxval(AT_MINSIGSTKSZ) to increase the stack size.
