Pull perf tools fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo: - Fix Intel PT (Processor Trace) timeless decoding with perf.data directory. - ARM SPE (Statistical Profiling Extensions) address fixes, for synthesized events and for SPE events with physical addresses.
