selftests/seccomp: Add simple seccomp overhead benchmark
This attempts to produce a comparison between native getpid() and a RET_ALLOW-filtered getpid(), to measure the overhead cost of using seccomp(). Signed-off-by: Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org>
