algif_skcipher sends 127 sgl buffers for encryption regardless of how
many buffers acctually have data to process, where the few first with
valid len and the rest with zero len. This is not very eficient.
This patch marks the last one with data as the last one to process.

current_rng holds one reference, and we bump it every time we want
to do a read from it.
This means we only hold the rng_mutex to grab or drop a reference,
so accessing /sys/devices/virtual/misc/hw_random/rng_current doesn't
block on read of /dev/hwrng.
Using a kref is overkill (we're always under the rng_mutex), but
a standard pattern.
This also solves the problem that the hwrng_fillfn thread was
accessing current_rng without a lock, which could change (eg. to NULL)
underneath it.

In next patch, we use reference counting for each struct hwrng,
changing reference count also needs to take mutex_lock. Before
releasing the lock, if we try to stop a kthread that waits to
take the lock to reduce the referencing count, deadlock will
occur.

There's currently a big lock around everything, and it means that we
can't query sysfs (eg /sys/devices/virtual/misc/hw_random/rng_current)
while the rng is reading. This is a real problem when the rng is slow,
or blocked (eg. virtio_rng with qemu's default /dev/random backend)
This doesn't help (it leaves the current lock untouched), just adds a
lock to protect the read function and the static buffers, in preparation
for transition.

Use setsockopt on the tfm FD to provide the authentication tag size for
an AEAD cipher. This is achieved by adding a callback function which is
intended to be used by the AEAD AF_ALG implementation.
The optlen argument of the setsockopt specifies the authentication tag
size to be used with the AEAD tfm.

This patch adds a panic if the FIPS 140-2 self test error failed.
Note, that entire code is only executed with fips_enabled (i.e. when the
kernel is booted with fips=1. It is therefore not executed for 99.9% of
all user base.
As mathematically such failure cannot occur, this panic should never be
triggered. But to comply with NISTs current requirements, an endless
loop must be replaced with the panic.
When the new version of FIPS 140 will be released, this entire
continuous self test function will be ripped out as it will not be
needed any more.
This patch is functionally equivalent as implemented in ansi_cprng.c and drivers/char/random.c.

The fallback is never used, so there is no point in having it.
The cra_exit routine can also be removed, since all it did was releasing
the fallback, along with the stub around cra_init, which just added an
unused NULL argument.

If a request is backlogged, it's complete() handler will get called
twice: once with -EINPROGRESS, and once with the final error code.
af_alg's complete handler, unlike other users, does not handle the
-EINPROGRESS but instead always completes the completion that recvmsg()
is waiting on. This can lead to a return to user space while the
request is still pending in the driver. If userspace closes the sockets
before the requests are handled by the driver, this will lead to
use-after-frees (and potential crashes) in the kernel due to the tfm
having been freed.
The crashes can be easily reproduced (for example) by reducing the max
queue length in cryptod.c and running the following (from
http://www.chronox.de/libkcapi.html) on AES-NI capable hardware:

ACCESS_ONCE might fail with specific compilers for non-scalar
accesses.
Here is a set of patches to tackle that problem.
The first patch introduce READ_ONCE and ASSIGN_ONCE. If the data
structure is larger than the machine word size memcpy is used and a
warning is emitted. The next patches fix up several in-tree users of
ACCESS_ONCE on non-scalar types.
This does not yet contain a patch that forces ACCESS_ONCE to work only
on scalar types. This is targetted for the next merge window as Linux
next already contains new offenders regarding ACCESS_ONCE vs.

Let's change the code to access the page table elements with
READ_ONCE that does implicit scalar accesses for the gup code.
mm_find_pmd is tricky, because m68k and sparc(32bit) define pmd_t
as array of longs. This code requires just that the pmd_present
and pmd_trans_huge check are done on the same value, so a barrier
is sufficent.
A similar case is in handle_pte_fault. On ppc44x the word size is
32 bit, but a pte is 64 bit. A barrier is ok as well.

Let's provide READ_ONCE/ASSIGN_ONCE that will do all accesses via
scalar types as suggested by Linus Torvalds. Accesses larger than
the machines word size cannot be guaranteed to be atomic. These
macros will use memcpy and emit a build warning.

Audio subsystem clocks are located in separate block. On Exynos 5420 if
clock for this block (from main clock domain) 'mau_epll' is gated then
any read or write to audss registers will block.
This kind of boot hang was observed on Arndale Octa and Peach Pi/Pit
after introducing runtime PM to pl330 DMA driver. After that commit the
'mau_epll' was gated, because the "amba" clock was disabled and there
were no more users of mau_epll.
The system hang on one of steps:
1. Disabling unused clocks from audss block.
2. During audss GPIO setup (just before probing i2s0 because
samsung_pinmux_setup() tried to access memory from audss block which was
gated.
Add a workaround for this by enabling the 'mau_epll' clock in probe.

The new usage of determine_rate and set_rate_and_parent calls for
OMAP DPLLs assumes the DPLLs must have two parents defined, even
if it is the same clock. Legacy clock data did not fullfill this
requirement and caused a boot crash. Fixed by adding the missing
parent information to the DPLL clocks.

While the change for determine_rate clock operation was merged,
the OMAP counterpart using these calls was overlooked for some reason,
and caused boot failures on at least OMAP4 platforms. Fixed by updating
the DPLL API calls to use the new parameters.

Commit 6314b6796e3c (clk: Don't hold prepare_lock across debugfs
creation, 2014-09-04) forgot to update one place where we hold
the prepare_lock while creating debugfs directories. This means
we still have the chance of a deadlock that the commit was trying
to fix. Actually fix it by moving the debugfs creation outside
the prepare_lock.

During driver unbind the syscore ops were not unregistered which lead to
double add on syscore list:

sclk_hdmiphy clock is generated by HDMI-PHY and depends on hdmi gate clock.
The patch models this dependency using parent/child hirerarchy.
The patch fixes issue with system hangs during mixer device access, mixer uses
sclk_hdmiphy descendant clock.

As __clk_release could call kfree on clk and then we wouldn't have a safe way
of getting the module that owns the clock.
