* dt-bindings: Consolidate Exynos SoC bindingsKrzysztof Kozlowski2015-10-231-27/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | Exynos SoC Device Tree bindings are spread over arm/exynos/ and arm/samsung/ directories. There is no need for that separation and it actually confuses. Put power domain bindings under power/ and remaining samsung-boards.txt under arm/samsung/. * ARM: dts: add board dts file for Exynos3250-based Monk boardYoungjun Cho2014-11-261-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch adds new board dts file to support Samsung Monk board which is based on Exynos3250 SoC and has different H/W configuration from Rinato. This dts file support following features: - eMMC - Main PMIC (Samsung S2MPS14) - Interface PMIC (Maxim MAX77836, MUIC, fuel-gauge, charger) - RTC of Exynos3250 - ADC of Exynos3250 with NTC thermistor - I2S of Exynos3250 - TMU of Exynos3250 - Secure firmware for Exynos3250 secondary cpu boot - Serial ports of Exynos3250 - gpio-key for power key Signed-off-by: Youngjun Cho <yj44.cho@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Chanwoo Choi <cw00.choi@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Inki Dae <inki.dae@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Seung-Woo Kim <sw0312.kim@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Jaehoon Chung <jh80.chung@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Kyungmin Park <kyungmin.park@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
* Documentation: devicetree: Add Exynos-based boards compatible stringChanwoo Choi2014-11-261-5/+13
| | | | | | | | | | | This patch adds the missing compatible/description of Exynos-based boards to remove following build warning. WARNING: DT compatible string "samsung,..." appears un-documented -- check ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings/ Signed-off-by: Chanwoo Choi <cw00.choi@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
* ARM: EXYNOS: Add support for Exynos secure firmwareTomasz Figa2013-04-081-0/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Some Exynos-based boards contain secure firmware and must use firmware operations to set up some hardware. This patch adds firmware operations for Exynos secure firmware and a way for board code and device tree to specify that they must be used. Example of use: In board code: ...MACHINE_START(...) /* ... */ .init_early = exynos_firmware_init, /* ... */ MACHINE_END In device tree: / { /* ... */ firmware@0203F000 { compatible = "samsung,secure-firmware"; reg = <0x0203F000 0x1000>; }; /* ... */ }; Signed-off-by: Kyungmin Park <kyungmin.park@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Tomasz Figa <t.figa@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
* ARM: EXYNOS: Add Exynos4 device tree enabled board fileThomas Abraham2011-12-231-0/+8
Add a new EXYNOS4 compatible device tree enabled board file. Boards based on the EXYNOS4 family of SoC's can use this as the machine/board file. When using this machine fike, a corresponding device tree blob which describes the board's properties should be supplied at boot time to the kernel.
