The older Allwinner SoCs have an embedded RTC supported in Linux, with a
matching Device Tree binding.
Now that we have the DT validation in place, let's convert the device tree
bindings for that controller over to a YAML schemas.

Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the
following dtc warnings:
Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s
Converted using the following command:
perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"`
Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed.

The Allwinner A10 compatibles were following a slightly different
compatible patterns than the rest of the SoCs for historical reasons.
Change the compatibles to match the other pattern in the RTC driver for
consistency.
