It turns out that the assembly variant doesn't actually produce that
good code, presumably partly because it creates a long dependency
chain with no scheduling, and partly because we cannot get a flags
result out of gcc (which could be fixed with asm goto, but it turns
out not to be worth it.)
The C code allows gcc to schedule and generate multiple (easily
predictable) branches, and as a side benefit we can really optimize
the case where the size is constant.

When we are using lea to produce a 32-bit result, we can use the leal
form, rather than using leaq and worry about truncation elsewhere.
Make the leal explicit, both to be more obvious and since that is what
gcc generates and thus is less likely to trigger obscure gas bugs.

Operation of rep movsb instruction handles zero byte copy. As pointed out by
Linus, there is no need to check zero size in kernel. Removing this redundant
check saves a few cycles in copy user functions.

Commit 7d02c4d64dbb ("iommu/shmobile: Enable the driver on all ARM
platforms") completely brokenly enabled the shmobile-iommu driver under
COMPILE_TEST.
It's bogus, because it won't compile anywhere else than ARM, since it
tries to include <asm/dma-iommu.h>, which is very much ARM-only.
So remove the bogus COMPILE_TEST dependency, which just causes
allmodconfig to fail on non-ARM platforms.

setfacl over cifs mounts can remove the default ACL when setting the
(non-default part of) the ACL and vice versa (we were leaving at 0
rather than setting to -1 the count field for the unaffected
half of the ACL. For example notice the setfacl removed
the default ACL in this sequence:

Patch 2 of the copy chunk series (the final patch will
use these to handle copies of files larger than the chunk size.
We set the same defaults that Windows and Samba expect for
CopyChunk.

Defaulting to m seem to prevent building the pnfs layout modules into the
kernel. Default to the value of CONFIG_NFS_V4 make sure they are
built in for built-in NFSv4 support and modular for a modular NFSv4.

The current test on valid use of the "migration" mount option can never
report an error as it will only do so if
mnt->version !=4 && mnt->minor_version != 0
(and some other condition), but if that test would succeed, then the previous
test has already gone-to out_minorversion_mismatch.
So change the && to an || to get correct semantics.

OMAP device hooks around suspend|resume_noirq ensures that hwmod
devices are forced to idle using omap_device_idle/enable as part of
the last stage of suspend activity.
For a device such as i2c who uses autosuspend, it is possible to enter
the suspend path with dev->power.runtime_status = RPM_ACTIVE.
As part of the suspend flow, the generic runtime logic would increment
it's dev->power.disable_depth to 1. This should prevent further
pm_runtime_get_sync from succeeding once the runtime_status has been
set to RPM_SUSPENDED.
Now, as part of the suspend_noirq handler in omap_device, we force the
following: if the device status is !suspended, we force the device
to idle using omap_device_idle (clocks are cut etc..). This ensures
that from a hardware perspective, the device is "suspended". However,
runtime_status is left to be active.
*if* an operation is attempted after this point to
pm_runtime_get_sync, runtime framework depends on runtime_status to
indicate accurately the device status, and since it sees it to be
ACTIVE, it assumes the module is functional and returns a non-error
value. As a result the user will see pm_runtime_get succeed, however a
register access will crash due to the lack of clocks.
To prevent this from happening, we should ensure that runtime_status
exactly indicates the device status. As a result of this change
any further calls to pm_runtime_get* would return -EACCES (since
disable_depth is 1). On resume, we restore the clocks and runtime
status exactly as we suspended with. These operations are not expected
to fail as we update the states after the core runtime framework has
suspended itself and restore before the core runtime framework has
resumed.
