This change is important in order for everyone to be easily able to use the
driver for one of the supported accelerometer chips!
Until now, the driver blindly assumed that the INT1 interrupt line is wired
on a user's board. But these devices have 2 interrupt lines and can route
their interrupt sources to one of them. Now, if "INT2" is found and matches
i2c_client->irq, INT2 will be used.
The chip's default actually is INT2, which is why probably many boards will
have it wired and can make use of this.
Of course, this also falls back to assuming INT1, so for existing users
nothing will break. The new functionality is described in the bindings doc.

This patch adds a compatible string to support for R-Car H3.
Since the HS-USB controller of R-Car H3 is almost the same specification
with R-Car Gen2 (these have 16 pipes and usb-dmac), this patch
sets the "type" of renesas_usbhs_driver_param to USBHS_TYPE_RCAR_GEN2.

Commit 76c44f6d80 introduced the possibly for "Overflow" to be reported
by the snapshot device's status. Older userspace (e.g. lvm2) does not
handle the "Overflow" status response.
Fix this incompatibility by requiring newer userspace code, that can
cope with "Overflow", request the persistent store with overflow support
by using "PO" (Persistent with Overflow) for the snapshot store type.

Section 3.2 "Device Runtime Power Management" of pci.txt has become
outdated, so update it to correctly reflect the current code flow.
Also update the comment in local_pci_probe() to document the fact
that pm_runtime_put_noidle() is not the only runtime PM helper

usage counter in .probe().

The sign-file.c program actually uses CMS rather than PKCS#7 to sign a file
since that allows the target X.509 certificate to be specified by
subjectKeyId rather than by issuer + serialNumber.
However, older versions of the OpenSSL crypto library (such as may be found
in CentOS 5.11) don't support CMS. Assume everything prior to
OpenSSL-1.0.0 doesn't support CMS and switch to using PKCS#7 in that case.
Further, the pre-1.0.0 OpenSSL only supports PKCS#7 signing with SHA1, so
give an error from the sign-file script if the caller requests anything
other than SHA1.
The compiler gives the following error with an OpenSSL crypto library
that's too old:

There are air quality sensors that report data back in parts per million
of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) which are usually indexed from CO2
or another common pollutant.
This patchset adds an IIO_CONCENTRATION type that returns a percentage
of substance because no other channels types fit this use case.
Modifiers for IIO_MOD_CO2 and IIO_MOD_VOC gas types are defined.

MMA8652FC and MMA8653FC don't provide the transient interrupt source, so
the motion interrupt source is used by providing a new iio_chan_spec
definition, so that other supported devices are not affected by this.

For generic IIO trigger implementations we already have a sub-directory,
but the generic buffer implementations currently reside in the IIO
top-level directory. The main reason is that things have historically grown
into this form.
With more generic buffer implementations on its way now is the perfect time
to clean this up and introduce a sub-directory for generic buffer
implementations to avoid too much clutter in the top-level directory.
