* ARM: dts: exynos: adjust node names to DT spec in Exynos4412 boardsKrzysztof Kozlowski2020-10-281-10/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | The Devicetree specification expects device node names to have a generic name, representing the class of a device. Also the convention for node names is to use hyphens, not underscores. No functional changes. * ARM: dts: exynos: Correct S3C RTC bindings in SMDK4412Krzysztof Kozlowski2020-09-021-0/+12
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The S3C RTC requires 32768 Hz clock as input which is provided by PMIC. However the PMIC is not described in DTS at all so at least add a workaround to model its clock with fixed-clock and silence dtbs_check warnings like: arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos4412-smdk4412.dt.yaml: rtc@10070000: clocks: [[7, 346]] is too short arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos4412-smdk4412.dt.yaml: rtc@10070000: clock-names: ['rtc'] is too short Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20200830135200.24304-31-krzk@kernel.org
* ARM: dts: exynos: Add CPU cooling in SMDK4412Krzysztof Kozlowski2020-09-021-0/+15
| | | | | | | | | Add missing cooling devices for CPU thermal zones in Exynos4412 SMDK4412 board. This allows to scale down CPU frequency (and voltage) in case of thermal pressure. * ARM: dts: exynos: Remove console argument from bootargsKrzysztof Kozlowski2019-04-101-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | Remove the "console=ttySAC..." argument from DTSes having a proper stdout-path property. To make the code functionally equivalent, add the serial port baud rate and parity. * | ARM: dts: exynos: Remove skeleton.dtsi usage for Exynos4Javier Martinez Canillas2016-09-011-0/+1
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The skeleton.dtsi file was removed in ARM64 for different reasons as explained in commit ("3ebee5a2e141 arm64: dts: kill skeleton.dtsi"). These also applies to ARM and it will also allow to get rid of the following DTC warnings in the future: "Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name" The disassembled DTB are almost the same besides an empty chosen node being removed and nodes reordered, so it should not have functional changes. * ARM: dts: exynos: enable MFC device for all boardsMarek Szyprowski2016-06-081-4/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | MFC device can be used without any external hardware dependencies (when IOMMU is enabled), so it can be enabled by default (like it has been already done for Exynos 542x platforms). This unifies handling of this device for Exynos3250, Exynos4 and Exynos542x platforms. Board can still include exynos-mfc-reserved-memory.dtsi to enable using this device without IOMMU being enabled. * ARM: dts: Replace legacy *,wakeup property with wakeup-source for exynos boardsSudeep Holla2016-01-291-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Though the keyboard and other driver will continue to support the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup", "linux-keypad,wakeup" boolean property to enable the wakeup source, "wakeup-source" is the new standard binding.
