Mechanical switch from the legacy "mode" enumeration to the new
"engine type" enumeration in drivers and board files.
The device tree parsing is also updated to return the new enumeration
from the old strings.

Instead of directly using the vbus GPIO we should model it as a fixed
regulator. Add all necessary fix-ups for the regulator to be registered
and configure the vbus GPIO as its enable pin.

This pull request gets rid of mach-davinci private interrupt controller
implmentations (aintc and cp_initc) and moves them to drivers/irqchip.
mach/irqs.h usage outside of mach-davinci has been rid of.

We're going to extend the cp_intc_init() function with a config
structure so we can drop the intc-related fields from davinci_soc_info.
Once we do it, we won't be able to use this routine directly as the
init_irq callback. Wrap the calls in additional helpers that don't
take parameters and can be assigned to init_irq.

There's no need to have a local header for cp-intc. Move the only
declaration for a public function to common.h. Move all register
offsets into the driver source file and drop all unused defines.
Make cp_intc_of_init() static.

This adds the new board-specific clock init in mach-davinci/da850.c
using the new common clock framework drivers.
The #ifdefs are needed to prevent compile errors until the entire
ARCH_DAVINCI is converted.
Also clean up the #includes since we are adding some here.
Some CFGCHIP macros were removed because we are now including
linux/mfd/da8xx-cfgchip.h which defines the same values.

commit c4dc56be7e26 ("ARM: davinci: fix the GPIO lookup for omapl138-hawk")
fixed the GPIO chip name for look-up of MMC/SD CD and WP pins, but forgot
to change the GPIO numbers passed.
The GPIO numbers are not offsets from within a 32 GPIO bank. Fix the
GPIO numbers as well as remove the misleading comment.

Pull ARM SoC platform updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"This release brings up a new platform based on the old ARM9 core: the
Nuvoton NPCM is used as a baseboard management controller, competing
with the better known ASpeed AST2xx series.
Another important change is the addition of ARMv7-A based chips in
mach-stm32. The older parts in this platform are ARMv7-M based
microcontrollers, now they are expanding to general-purpose workloads.
The other changes are the usual defconfig updates to enable additional
drivers, lesser bugfixes. The largest updates as often are the ongoing
OMAP cleanups, but we also have a number of changes for the older PXA
and davinci platforms this time.
For the Renesas shmobile/r-car platform, some new infrastructure is
needed to make the watchdog work correctly.
Supporting Multiprocessing on Allwinner A80 required a significant
amount of new code, but is not doing anything unexpected"

This moves the call of davinci_clk_init() from map_io to init_time for all
boards.
This is the proper place to init clocks. This is also done in preparation
for moving to the common clock framework.
dm646x is a special case because we need to handle different ref_clk rates
depending on which board is being used. The clock init in this case is
modified to set the rate before registering the clocks instead of using
davinci_set_refclk_rate() to recalculate the entire clock tree after all
of the clocks are registered.
Also, the cpu_clks field is removed from struct davinci_soc_info since it
is no longer needed.

This removes the watchdog reset code. The reset has been moved to
drivers/watchdog/davinci_wdt.c. The watchdog driver registers the reset
with the kernel so defining a reset for each machine is no longer needed.

This converts from using a platform device for the CFGCHIP syscon
regmap to using platform data to pass the regmap to consumers.
A lazy getter function is used so that the regmap will only be
created if it is actually used. This function will also be used
in the clock init when we convert to the common clock framework.
The USB PHY driver is currently the only consumer. This driver is
updated to use platform data to get the CFGCHIP regmap instead of
syscon_regmap_lookup_by_pdevname().

The GPIO chip is called davinci_gpio.0 in legacy mode. Fix it, so that
mmc can correctly lookup the wp and cp gpios.
Note that it is the gpio-davinci driver that sets the gpiochip label to
davinci_gpio.0.

Currently the mmc driver is polling the gpio to know if the
card was removed.
By using a gpio descriptor instead of the platform callbacks,
the driver will be able to register the gpio using the mmc core
APIs designed for this purpose.
This has the advantage that an irq will be registered, and
polling is no longer needed. Also, a dependency on platform
callbacks is removed for this board.

Up to this point, the USB phy clock configuration was handled manually in
the board files and in the usb drivers. This adds proper clocks so that
the usb drivers can use clk_get and clk_enable and not have to worry about
the details. Also, the related code is removed from the board files and
replaced with the new clock registration functions.
This also removes the #if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_USB_MUSB_HDRC) around the musb
declaration and renames the musb platform device so that we can reference
it from the usb20 clock even if the musb device is not used.

The phy framework requests an optional "phy" regulator. If it does
not find one, it returns -EPROBE_DEFER. In the case of non-DT boot
for the omap138-lcdk board, this would prevent the usb11 phy to probe
correctly and ohci would not enumerate.
By calling regulator_has_full_constraints(), An error would be returned
instead of -EPROBE_DEFER for the regulator, and the probe of the phy driver
can continue normally without a regulator.

device to share them. The first consumer of this will be the phy-da8xx-usb
driver.

UART ports brought out or enabled on the board. But
none of the boards use it for that purpose and we are
not going to add anymore board files, so remove the

Remove specifying mmc controller IP version information via platform
data, instead specify device name so that driver derives it from
platform_device_id table. Also change the clock node name to match
the changed dev_id.
Tested on da850-evm to make sure driver loads without clk_get failures.

Change all pr_warning() calls to pr_warn(), as advised by checkpatch.pl.
Also, while modifying those pr_warning() calls change hardcoded
function names to use '"%s:", __func__' instead, and converted acronym
usage to upper case.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Commit 5a05a8200a4359ef2bfe9094c137dee35cfdd516 ("davinci_emac:
use an unique MDIO bus name") introduced during the v3.3 merge
window updated the davinci mdio bus name to make it unique.
Update the bus name in board files which use DaVinci MDIO bus
to match the new name. Without this PHY is not detected with
error like:
PHY 0:01 not found
net eth0: could not connect to phy 0:01
Tested on DM365 and DA850 EVMs.

Rather than using DaVinci specific davinci_soc_info based
restart hook, use the restart hook available in the machine
descriptor instead.
Tested on DM365 and AM18x EVMs.

This patch adds initial support for the Hawkboard-L138 system
It is under the machine name "omapl138_hawkboard".
This system is based on the da850 davinci CPU architecture.
Information on these system may be found at http://www.hawkboard.org.
Basic support for the UART console is included in this patch.
It's tested with latest Angstrom File Systems like ramdisk
from http://alturl.com/imb45.
