With the board file support gone, and the platform using
DT only, a lot of the remaining code is no longer referenced
and can be removed.
Technically, the DT file only references DA850, but since that
is very similar to DA830, I'm leaving the latter.

The files in include/mach are only used from mach/davinci,
so they are no longer needed in the traditional location.
Move them to arch/arm/mach-davinci/ and drop the logic for
the special include path.
The mach/uncompress.h file is not used at all and can just
be removed.

davinci_cfg_reg gets called from a lot of locations that
might get called after the init section has been discarded,
so the function itself must not be marked __init either.
The kernel build currently warns about this with lots of
messages like:
WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text.unlikely+0x24c): Section mismatch in reference from the function dm365evm_mmc_configure() to the function .init.text:davinci_cfg_reg()
The function dm365evm_mmc_configure() references
the function __init davinci_cfg_reg().
This is often because dm365evm_mmc_configure lacks a __init
annotation or the annotation of davinci_cfg_reg is wrong.
This removes the extraneous __init_or_module annotation.

Convert printks to pr_<level> and pr_warning to pr_warn.
Other miscellanea:
o Coalesce formats
o Realign arguments
o Use %s, __func__ instead of embedded function names
o Add pr_fmt to mityomapl138 and mux

There have accumulated quite a lot of them after the code reorganizations...
In several cases I had to replace #include <linux/dma-mapping.h> which wasn't
needed directly but happened to #include <linux/err.h> which was needed.

Rearrange the PINMUX macros and pinmux_setup function which
are common between da830/omap-l137 and da850/omap-l138.
Also, replace the da830 string in function names to da8xx.

Add arch-specific ioremap() which uses any existing static mappings in
place of doing a new mapping. From now on, drivers should always use
ioremap() instead of IO_ADDRESS().
In addition, remove the davinci_[read|write]* macros in favor of using
ioremap.

update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
