* | ARM: pm: allow suspend finisher to return error codesRussell King2011-07-021-1/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | There are SoCs where attempting to enter a low power state is ignored, and the CPU continues executing instructions with all state preserved. It is over-complex at that point to disable the MMU just to call the resume path. Instead, allow the suspend finisher to return error codes to abort suspend in this circumstance, where the cpu_suspend internals will then unwind the saved state on the stack. Also omit the tlb flush as no changes to the page tables will have happened. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* | ARM: pm: samsung: no need to call flush_cache_all()Russell King2011-06-241-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The core suspend code calls flush_cache_all() immediately prior to calling the suspend finisher function, so remove these needless calls from the finisher functions. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* | ARM: pm: samsung: move cpu_suspend into C codeRussell King2011-06-241-1/+1
|/ | | | | | | | Move the call to cpu_suspend into C code, and noticing that all the s3c_cpu_save implementations are now identical, we can move this into the common samsung code. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

* | ARM / Samsung: Use struct syscore_ops for "core" power managementRafael J. Wysocki2011-04-243-17/+17
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | Replace sysdev classes and struct sys_device objects used for "core" power management by Samsung platforms with struct syscore_ops objects that are simpler. This generally reduces the code size and the kernel memory footprint. It also is necessary for removing sysdevs entirely from the kernel in the future. Signed-off-by: Rafael J. | * ARM: S3C2416: Add platform helpers for setup SDHCIYauhen Kharuzhy2011-01-065-0/+116
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Samsung S3C2416 has two SDHCI controllers compatible with other Samsung's SoCs (S3C64XX, S5PC100 etc...). | * ARM: S3C24XX: Add address map and clock definitions for HSMMC0Yauhen Kharuzhy2011-01-061-5/+13
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Define maps for HSMMC devices. S3C2443 has one HSMMC device with base address 0x4A800000. S3C2416 has HSMMC0 at 0x4AC00000 and HSMMC1 at 0x4A800000. So suppose that S3C2443 has only HSMMC1. Define clock for hsmmc0 device and register it.
