The last user of the zboot code was the KZM-A9-GT legacy board code,
which has been removed.

The KZM-A9-GT board is sufficiently supported by DT-based and board-less
SH-Mobile AG5 (sh73a0) multiplatform kernels. Hence remove the legacy
board code to reduce maintenance effort.
Lacking areas are:
- USB (it does't work in legacy, neither),
- LCDC (the LCDC is wired to the legacy INTC, which is not planned to
be supported with DT).
- DMAC/IPMMU (no DT bindings are planned).

Now that the sh73a0 generic multiplatform case has the same feature set
as the kzm9g DT reference board code, we get rid of the latter.
DT reference code in the future shall make use of the sh73a0
multiplatform support code with the generic SoC machine vector.

Remove ZBOOT support code for Mackerel. With this patch in place
it is no longer possible to boot a self-contained kernel directly
from the reset vector. ZBOOT is still supported on kzm9g.

Adds support to run the kernel on the uninitialized KZM9G board, using for
instance the mask ROM boot loader or JTAG. This patch tries to emulate the
style of the corresponding "mackerel" implementation. The DRAM controller
setup code has been adapted from u-boot.

Instead of relying of MACH_TYPE for board identification,
update the romImage code to relocate an appended DTB to
the beginning of RAM. This implementation is independent
of ARM_APPENDED_DTB, this because it is necessary to copy
the DTB to memory so the kernel can access it.
Without this patch Mackerel does not boot via the Mask ROM
over USB (r_usb_boot) - this since non-DT boot was broken
ages ago in commit:

Remove board support for the sh7372 based AP4EVB board
The sh7372 SoC support code is still kept around since it
is in use by the Mackerel board which is basically a more
recent board where the design is based on AP4EVB.

Instead of relying on CONFIG_MEMORY_START for memory
base address, let each romImage board header file
specify this information.
This is reworks code not to rely on CONFIG_MEMORY_START
which in turn is needed for ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM.

I made a bit of a thinko when adding Mackerel to the boards
that support zboot using MMCIF.

When CONFIG_ZBOOT_ROM is selected, the resulting zImage file will be small
boot loader and may be burned to rom or flash.
