Pen-locking is meant to block CPU0 if CPU1 wakes up during of entering
into LP2 because of some interrupt firing up, preventing unnecessary LP2
enter that will be resumed immediately. Apparently this case doesn't
happen often in practice, I checked how often it takes place and found
that after ~20 hours of browsing web, managing email, watching videos and
idling (15+ hours) there is only a dozen of early LP2 entering abortions
and they all happened while device was idling. Thus let's remove the
pen-locking and make LP2 entering uninterruptible, simplifying code quite
a lot. This will also become very handy for the upcoming unified cpuidle
driver, allowing to have a common LP2 code-path across of different
hardware generations.

The sleep-tegra*.S provides functionality required for suspend/resume
and CPU hotplugging. The new unified CPUIDLE driver will support multiple
hardware generations starting from Terga20 and ending with Tegra124, the
driver will utilize functions that are provided by the assembly and thus
it is cleaner to compile that code without any build-dependencies in order
to avoid churning with #ifdef's.

Commit 7232398abc6a ("ARM: tegra: Convert PMC to a driver") changed tegra_resume()
location storing from late to early and, as a result, broke suspend on Tegra20.
PMC scratch register 41 is used by tegra LP1 resume code for retrieving stored
physical memory address of common resume function and in the same time used by
tegra20_cpu_shutdown() (shared by Tegra20 cpuidle driver and platform SMP code),
which is storing CPU1 "resettable" status. It implies strict order of scratch
register usage, otherwise resume function address is lost on Tegra20 after
disabling non-boot CPU's on suspend. Fix it by storing "resettable" status in
IRAM instead of PMC scratch register.

CPU hotplug support doesn't have to be set up until fairly late in the
boot process, so it can be done in a regular initcall. To make sure that
we don't miss any ordering problems in the future, output a warning if
any of the functions are called before initialization has completed.
This is part of untangling the boot order dependencies on Tegra so that
more code can be shared between 32-bit and 64-bit ARM.

The LP1 suspend mode will power off the CPU, clock gated the PLLs and put
SDRAM to self-refresh mode. Any interrupt can wake up device from LP1. The
sequence when LP1 suspending:
* tunning off L1 data cache and the MMU
* storing some EMC registers, DPD (deep power down) status, clk source of
mselect and SCLK burst policy
* putting SDRAM into self-refresh
* switching CPU to CLK_M (12MHz OSC)
* tunning off PLLM, PLLP, PLLA, PLLC and PLLX
* switching SCLK to CLK_S (32KHz OSC)
* shutting off the CPU rail
The sequence of LP1 resuming:
* re-enabling PLLM, PLLP, PLLA, PLLC and PLLX
* restoring the clk source of mselect and SCLK burst policy
* setting up CCLK burst policy to PLLX
* restoring DPD status and some EMC registers
* resuming SDRAM to normal mode
* jumping to the "tegra_resume" from PMC_SCRATCH41
Due to the SDRAM will be put into self-refresh mode, the low level
procedures of LP1 suspending and resuming should be copied to
TEGRA_IRAM_CODE_AREA (TEGRA_IRAM_BASE + SZ_4K) when suspending. Before
restoring the CPU context when resuming, the SDRAM needs to be switched
back to normal mode. And the PLLs need to be re-enabled, SCLK burst policy
be restored, CCLK burst policy be set in PLLX. Then jumping to
"tegra_resume" that was expected to be stored in PMC_SCRATCH41 to restore
CPU context and back to kernel.

the v7_flush_dcache_all is used for CPU cluster power down (e.g. suspend to

When building the kernel with CONFIG_THUMB2_KERNEL enabled, older
assemblers may emit the following error:
reset-handler.S:78: Error: invalid immediate for address calculation (value = 0x00000004)
Using an explicit adr.w instruction will solve this. Newer assemblers do
this automatically. Use the W() macro to do this under Thumb mode only.

The "powered-down" cpuidle mode of Tegra20 needs the CPU0 be the last one
core to go into this mode before other core. The coupled cpuidle framework
can help to sync the MPCore to coupled state then go into "powered-down"
idle mode together. The driver can just assume the MPCore come into
"powered-down" mode at the same time. No need to take care if the CPU_0
goes into this mode along and only can put it into safe idle mode (WFI).
The powered-down state of Tegra20 requires power gating both CPU cores.
When the secondary CPU requests to enter powered-down state, it saves
its own contexts and then enters WFI for waiting CPU0 in the same state.
When the CPU0 requests powered-down state, it attempts to put the secondary
CPU into reset to prevent it from waking up. Then power down both CPUs
together and power off the cpu rail.
Be aware of that, you may see the legacy power state "LP2" in the code
which is exactly the same meaning of "CPU power down".

Updating the cache maintenance order before CPU shutdown when doing CPU
hotplug.
The old order:
* clean L1 by flush_cache_all
* exit SMP
* CPU shutdown
Adapt to:
* disable L1 data cache by clear C bit
* clean L1 by v7_flush_dcache_louis
* exit SMP
* CPU shutdown
For CPU hotplug case, it's no need to do "flush_cache_all". And we should
disable L1 data cache before clean L1 data cache. Then leaving the SMP
coherency.

The L2 RAM is in different power domain from the CPU cluster. So the
L2 content can be retained over CPU suspend/resume. To do that, we
need to disable L2 after the MMU is disabled, and enable L2 before
the MMU is enabled. But the L2 controller is in the same power domain
with the CPU cluster. We need to restore it's settings and re-enable
it after the power be resumed.

This is a power gating idle mode. It support power gating vdd_cpu rail
after all cpu cores in "powered-down" status. For Tegra30, the CPU0 can
enter this state only when all secondary CPU is offline. We need to take

CPU power gate status. After that, the CPU0 can go into "powered-down"
state safely. Then shut off the CPU rail.

Nothing outside mach-tegra uses this file, so there's no need for it to
be in <mach/>.
Since uncompress.h and debug-macro.S remain in include/mach, they need
to include "../../iomap.h" becaue of this change. uncompress.h will soon
be deleted in later multi-platform/single-zImage patches. debug-macro.S
will need to continue to include this header using an explicit relative

iomap.h dictates.
