* ARM: SAMSUNG: Add GPIO configuration for a range of pinsBen Dooks2010-10-232-0/+28
| | | | | | | | | Add s3c_gpio_cfgpin_range() to configure a range of pins to the given value. This is useful for a number of blocks where the pins are in order and saves multiple calls to s3c_gpio_cfgpin(). * ARM: S5P: Move OneNAND device definitions in plat-s5pKukjin Kim2010-10-181-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | This patch moves OneNAND device definitions from mach-s5pv210 to plat-s5p so that can support it commonly. Note: S5PC110 and S5PC210 have same OneNAND driver. Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com> Cc: Kyungmin Park <kyungmin.park@samsung.com>
* ARM: SAMSUNG: Add a workaround for get_clock() for serial driverMarek Szyprowski2010-10-081-1/+26
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Serial drivers call get_clock() very early, before platform bus has been set up, this requires a special check to let them get a proper clock. Without this patch, a serial console is broken on S5PV310 and S5PC210 boards. * ARM: SAMSUNG: Fix on s5p_gpio_[get,set]_drvstrKukjin Kim2010-09-141-3/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch fixes bug on gpio drive strength helper function. The offset should be like follwoing. - off = chip->chip.base - pin; + off = pin - chip->chip.base; In the s5p_gpio_get_drvstr(), the second line is unnecessary, because overwrite drvstr. drvstr = __raw_readl(reg); - drvstr = 0xffff & (0x3 << shift); And need 2bit masking before return the drvstr value. drvstr = drvstr >> shift; + drvstr &= 0x3; In the s5p_gpio_set_drvstr(), need relevant bit clear. tmp = __raw_readl(reg); + tmp &= ~(0x3 << shift); tmp |= drvstr << shift; Reported-by: Jaecheol Lee <jc.lee@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
* ARM: SAMSUNG: Fix on drive strength valueKukjin Kim2010-09-141-5/+5
| | | | | | | | | | This patch fixes on defined drive strength value for GPIO. According to data sheet, if we want drive strength 1x, the value should be 00(b), if 2x should be 10(b), if 3x should be 01(b), and if 4x should be 11(b). Also fixes comment(from S5C to S5P). | | | * | ARM: SAMSUNG: Add new s3c-sdhci card detection methods for Samsung SoCsMarek Szyprowski2010-08-055-0/+49
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | On some Samsung SoCs not all SDHCI controllers have card detect (CD) line. For some embedded designs it is not even needed, because ususally the device (like SDIO flash memory or wifi controller) is permanently wired to the controller. There are also systems which have a card detect line connected to some of the external interrupt lines or the presence of the card depends on some other actions (like enabling a power regulator). This patch adds all required changes to platform support code, so another patch, which extends the driver with support for the new card detection methods can be applied. Add the support for the s3c2443/s3c2416 hardware by using the platform-device s3c2443 to cover both, and add the initialisation data for these. Also change to including just the v4 header files for the moment until the last of the merging of these is sorted out. * | | | s3c-fb: fix distortedness situation for the mode more then 24bppInKi Dae2010-08-111-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | It has been working fine at 16bpp but in case of pixel format more then 24bpp it would occur distortedness situation on that mode. so this patch set the word swap control bit of WINCONx to 1 as default value. but it should be set to 0 in case that each ENLOCAL bit of WINCON0 ~ 2 registers is enabled. this issue would be solved with local path feature soon. * | | | USB: s3c-hsotg: Add initial detection and setup for dedicated FIFO modeBen Dooks2010-08-101-0/+2
|/ / / | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add support for the dedicated FIFO mode on newer SoCs such as the S5PV210 partly to improve support and to fix the bug where any non-EP0 IN endpoint requires its own FIFO allocation. To fix this, we ensure that any non-zero IN endpoint is given a TXFIFO using the same allocation method as the periodic case (all our current hardware has enough FIFOs and FIFO memory for a 1:1 mapping) and ensure that the necessary transmission done interrupt is enabled. The default settings from reset for the core point all EPs at FIFO0, used for the control endpoint. However, the controller documentation states that all IN endpoints _must_ have a unique FIFO to avoid any contention during transmission. Note, this leaves us with a large IN FIFO for EP0 (which re-uses the old NPTXFIFO) for an endpoint which cannot shift more than a pair of packets at a time... this is a waste, but it looks like we cannot re-allocate space to the individual IN FIFOs as they are already maxed out (to be confirmed).
